Auromine is jewellery software made by jewellers. This page sets out what you can connect to it today, what the API covers, and who it is available to, so you don't have to ask.

Your data stays exportable: PDF and Excel reports, backups, and e-invoice JSON where supported.

No self-serve public API reference or SDK, and no API on the per-shop plans. The public reference will be published here when it is ready.

Most shops never need an API. They need their data out in a format their accountant can read.
Excel import and export
- Bring products, parties and opening stock in from Excel, and take them out again whenever you want. Retail POS.
GST e-invoice JSON
- IRP-ready JSON generated for each bill, ready for e-invoicing. Retail POS.
Reports as PDF or Excel
- Day book, GST summary, stock and sales reports exported for your accountant or auditor. Both apps.
One-file backup
- The whole shop in one backup file that restores onto a new device. The Android app can also back up to your own Google Drive. Jewellery POS.
Marketplace sales
- Record Amazon and Flipkart sales beside counter sales, so stock stays in one place. Jewellery POS.
Barcode and QR tags
- Print and scan barcode and QR tags with standard label printers and scanners. Both apps.
REST API
For Enterprise and Custom ERP deployments.
Groups running several stores usually need Auromine to talk to something else, such as Tally, an existing ERP, a loyalty platform or their own customer app. For them, we set up API access as part of the deployment.
How it works
- Scoped per deployment. We agree which data and actions your systems need, and the API exposes those for your deployment.
- HTTPS and JSON. Standard REST requests, with access credentials issued to your deployment only.
- Documentation issued with the setup. Your team receives the reference for your endpoints, with sample requests.
- Quoted with the project. API work is priced inside the Enterprise or Custom ERP quote, with a scope and a date.
What groups typically connect
- Items, tags and stock. Keep a website, catalogue or warehouse system in step with branch stock.
- Sales and invoices. Push daily sales into Tally or your ERP instead of re-keying them.
- Customers. Share purchase history with a loyalty or CRM system you run yourself.
- Metal rates. Set the day's gold and silver rates centrally for every branch.
- Branches and transfers. Consolidated reporting across stores.
The exact endpoints depend on your deployment, so we don't list endpoints here that aren't publicly available.

Does Auromine have an API?
Yes. A REST API (HTTPS, JSON) is available for Enterprise and Custom ERP deployments. It is scoped and documented for each deployment, and is not part of the per-shop plans.
Is there public API documentation or an SDK?
Not yet. There is no self-serve public API reference or SDK today. Documentation is shared with Enterprise and Custom ERP customers for their deployment, and a public reference will be published on this page when it is ready.
Can I get my data out without the API?
Yes. Reports export as PDF or Excel. Retail POS supports Excel import and export and IRP-ready e-invoice JSON per bill. Jewellery POS backs up the whole shop to one file, and the Android app can back up to Google Drive.
Can Auromine connect to Tally or our current ERP?
Yes, as part of an Enterprise or Custom ERP project. Links to Tally, an existing ERP, a loyalty platform or a customer app are scoped and quoted with the rest of the work.
Who owns the data that goes through the API?
You do. Anything we build for you stays exportable in a format you can read without us.
