Auromine gives you 21 days of everything, and on day 22 the shop moves to the Pearl free plan and keeps billing. If you never outgrow the limits below, you never pay us anything.

The 21-day trial gives you all of this to try. After it, Pearl suits a single counter doing up to about one invoice an hour; past that the cap becomes the thing you notice, and these are what it costs to lift it. Prices are per shop, per year, excluding GST.

Is Auromine's free jewellery billing software really free?
Yes. Every shop starts with a 21-day free trial of the complete product — every feature, no card. When the 21 days end nothing stops working: if you have not bought a licence the shop simply moves onto the Pearl free plan and carries on. 30 invoices a month, 200 items and unlimited estimates, with GST invoices and offline billing. There is no expiry date on Pearl.
What happens on day 22 if I do not buy?
The shop drops to the Pearl free plan. Your items, customers, rates and every bill you have raised stay exactly where they are — nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and you can keep billing. You only lose the paid-plan extras: the higher invoice and item limits, and the extra counters.
What happens after 30 invoices in a month?
Billing pauses until the next month, or you move to a paid plan and it resumes straight away. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked — your items, customers and past bills stay exactly where they are.
Does the free plan work without internet?
Yes. Billing at the counter works offline on every plan including Pearl, and syncs when the connection returns. A power cut or a dropped line does not stop you issuing a bill.
Can I print GST invoices on the free plan?
Yes. GST invoices, estimates and old gold exchange are on the free plan. Tag printing and barcode scanning need a paid plan because they need the hardware setup.
Do I have to give a card to start?
No. There is no card field anywhere in signup. If you never upgrade, you are never asked for one.
What do I lose compared to the paid plans?
The monthly invoice cap, the item cap, and the counters. Silver adds mobile billing without limits, Gold adds web billing, Platinum adds both, and Diamond runs five counters. The billing engine is the same on all of them.
Can I move my old data in?
Yes. Migration from Vyapar, myBillBook, Marg, Tally or a spreadsheet is a one-off ₹2,999 and we do it for you. It is the only part of starting that is not free, and it is optional — plenty of shops start fresh.
