Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the software and services provided by Auromine Retail POS Pvt Ltd (“Auromine”, “we”, “us”), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India — including the Auromine Jewellery POS and Auromine Retail POS applications, our websites, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your login credentials safe, and be responsible for all activity under your account. One counter means one logged-in billing device; your plan determines how many counters your account may use at once.

2. Plans, payment and renewal

The Pearl plan is free and does not expire. Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payments may be processed by our payment partners (including Paddle as merchant of record for online purchases, and Google Play for in-app purchases); their terms also apply to the payment itself. Paid plans renew at the end of each term unless cancelled before renewal.

3. Your data

Your invoices, items, customers and other business records belong to you. If a paid plan lapses, your account moves to the free plan and your invoice history stays readable and exportable. We do not take any commission on your sales.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other tenants’ data, reverse-engineering the software, reselling it without authorisation, or using it for unlawful activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices you issue, including tax details.

5. Availability and support

Billing is designed to work offline at the counter and to sync when a connection returns. We work to keep the online services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided over WhatsApp, phone and email during business hours.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auromine’s total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
